Special Covid-19 Specific Policies

The health and safety of our clients, staff and community is our top priority. In addition to all federal and provincial Public Health regulations, we have implemented additional protocols to keep you safe. Please read below for a full list of how we will continue to ensure the health and safety of all:

  • Greeting clients with no-touch welcome ritual

  • Enforcing physical distancing

  • Plexiglass shield barrier placed at checkout and throughout the Spa

  • Air purification with 3 stage hepa carbon filter to reduce the spread of airborne diseases 

  • A limited number of guests are allowed into Spa

  • All treatments are by appointment only

  • No food or drinks from outside allowed into Spa

  • Do not bring friends/children to your appointment 

  • There is 30 min space between clients for sanitation 

  • Arrive 5 min before your appointment and call us from the car, we will let you know when we are sanitized and ready

  • Please leave your belongings in the car, bring only your phone and method of payment  

  • All clients must wear a mask

  • We will check your temperature and sanitize your hands upon arrival

  • You will be asked to sign a Covid release form

  • Envelopes for tips will be provided at the checkout 

  • Staff members will be pre-screened prior to every shift

  • Staff members will wear a mask, shield and gloves during treatments 

  • Our clinic continues to use a hospital grade sterilization, laundry detergents and Health Canada approved sanitizers

  • We are sanitizing all areas hourly, after each guest and deep clean at the end of the day.
