Shipping and Returns

Shipping

All items will be shipped within 48 business hours from the time the order was placed. This excludes weekends and holidays.

Standard Canadian flat rate shipping is $20.00 and should arrive within 7-10 business days.
Expedited Canadian flat rate shipping is $30.00 and should arrive within 3-5 business days.
Delays may occur in the case of extreme weather, pandemic or shipping to remote areas.

Signature is required upon delivery, if receiver is not home to accept or does not pick up the package at provided location by carrier, European touch Spa will bill the customer to re-ship and does not assume the responsibility for the lost/stolen items.

We don’t ship outside Canada and can not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Please note that due to air safety regulations, we can’t ship orders containing hazardous materials ( sprays, nail polish and products with high alcohol content) through CANADA post.

Orders do not contain tracking numbers.

RETURNS

European Touch Spa INC. does not allow refunds, returns or exchanges to of its products due to personal nature of the products.

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

European Touch Spa INC. can not modify orders once they have been placed, but we will do ur best to accommodate your needs.

REPORT ORDER PROBLEM

If your order is missing or contains damaged item, please email us at europeantouchspa@gmail.com and include your confirmation number. We will do our best to resolve any concerns as efficiently as possible.

OUT OF STOCK

If an item is out of stock, you can opt to receive an email when the product has been restocked. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible.
