BOOKINGS

We recommend that clients schedule their next appointment prior leaving the clinic. You can also call us 905.890.3773, email us europeantouchspa@gmail.com or visit us in person at 5027 Hurontario Street, Unit 4, Mississauga, Ontario.

We accept Visa, MC, debit and cash payments. A credit card number or deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your appointment time. Prices do not include HST and are subject to change without notice. When booking an appointment please inform us if you plan to redeem a Gift Certificate.

Consultation Fee

We require a $50 consultation fee at the time of booking. If you choose to proceed with your treatment or service, this fee will be put towards the fee for service.

CANCELLATION

Out of consideration for others and our professional time, we require a 24 hours notice of cancellation for a single appointment or 48hr if you have multiple services scheduled. A late cancellation fee of 50% will be charged without prior notice and 100% of cancellation fee will be applied for no-show. Same day bookings are considered firm.

There are no refunds on deposits or Gift Certificates.

Clients with a Gift Certificate who do not show up for appointment or cancel in advance will forfeit 100% of the Gift Certificate value.

LATE ARRIVAL

We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive late, we will try our best to accommodate your full booking, if that is not possible, you will be billed for the full cost of the original booking.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift certificates are a caring, creative choice of gift giving, they can be purchased for any individual service, spa package or monetary value ( $50, 100, 150, 200...). Applicable taxes, HST and gratuity are not included.

We advise our clients to use any Gift Certificates they receive within a one years time.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.

Gift Certificates can not be used for products or discontinued spa services.

Gift cards are non-refundable and can’t be exchanged for cash.
